About Us
Breaking Barriers
Elite Speed University is a performance-driven track club specializing in 400m-10k running events as well as half-marathon and marathon training. Our club is open to athletes of all ages starting at 6 years old. Our program offers both off-season conditioning and competitive training. With club track & field, athletes are divided in competition by age groups which is determined by the age that they are turning within the current year. Age Groups are divided between: Youth Division (8 & Under to 13-14), High School Division (15-16 and 17-18) along with Open/Masters Division for adult athletes (19+).
Our track club focuses on developing well-rounded athletes through aerobic conditioning, proper sprint mechanics, year-round strength training, nutrition guidance, injury prevention education, and mental preparation for competition.
